Webinar: Currency Hedging, Precalculation and P&L

From purchase contract to final invoice: how do you keep track of currency risk and know whether the margin you expected is the margin you actually made?

In September, we’re hosting a new webinar on Currency Hedging, Precalculation & P&L in Moo Software. Our product specialists Christiaan Coenen and Tarik Önce will demonstrate the complete process live in Moo Software.

We’ll follow a contract from the initial currency hedge and precalculation through to the realized result. You’ll see how to record currency hedges, handle multiple and bulk hedges, monitor your currency position, and calculate the expected result based on purchase, transit and sales costs.

Finally, we’ll compare the realized P&L with the precalculation and show how differences can be traced back to the underlying figures, including exchange rates and hedges.

We’ll also briefly explain where the Futures module fits in and how it differs from currency hedging.
