Export invoices directly to Exact Online (API).
Moo Software has been enhanced with a new feature: On-Demand Export via API. This allows you to export invoices directly to Exact Online – without the hassle of manually creating and uploading XML files.
What’s new.
- A new “Export via API” button in the user interface.
- Clear overview of invoices and associated data ready for export
- Flexible selection: choose which invoices you want to export
- After confirmation, the export process starts and the message appears, “Invoice export API is in progress.”
Important:
Invoices are linked to relationship data. Make sure all necessary relationships are included in the export so that your accounting system processes everything correctly.
Available export options:
New:
- Export via API – Export selected invoices directly to Exact Online via the API
Existing:
- Export selection – Export selected records as CSV or XML
- Export all sales invoices – Export all sales invoices that are ready to go
- Export all purchase invoices – Export all purchase invoices that are ready
The new functionality is now available in the production environment.
