This module saves you considerable time and minimizes risk by managing your customers' credit status and position limits. In Moo, you enter credit limits and position limits by relationship and by operating company. Moo integrates with your accounting software and retrieves outstanding invoices to assess whether the buyer still has sufficient credit.

The position limit prevents exceeding total contract quantities with the buyer. When preparing contracts and calls, you can block mutations if the buyer exceeds the limit or choose to receive an alert. This module also provides real-time visibility into current contracts, calls and invoices via a convenient pop-up.

If your trading activities involve foreign currencies and you want to minimize foreign exchange risk, our currency hedging module is invaluable. This essential tool allows you to seamlessly allocate currency derivatives you enter into with your bank to individual or multiple contracts. It makes it easy to hedge purchase and sales contracts, taking into account agreed payment terms.

The "currency position" report provides real-time visibility, allowing you to respond in a targeted manner in the event of contract expiration or payment delays. With this module, you can confidently manage currency risk and proactively respond to market changes, significantly strengthening your business operations.

With our proforma invoicing module, you can quickly fulfill the requests of your international business partners for documentation such as customs formalities. These proforma invoices are not considered by the system to be an action with a financial effect and therefore the proforma invoices will not be exported to your accounting software either.

You can effortlessly generate them from a contract in Moo and email or print them directly. If you have situations where prepayments are required and you need a "real invoice" for your accounting, you don't need this module because this functionality is already available by default in Moo.

With our 'other sales invoice' module, you can be creative and create invoices for items not directly related to your trading activities. For example, charging on expenses, rent or consulting work. These invoices are neatly exported to your accounting software, even though the amounts and descriptions are completely free to fill in.

This indispensable module is ideal for companies working with liquid products and billing on a dry matter basis. It saves time and minimizes errors. At the contract level, you set the estimated % dry matter and choose the price per unit of dry matter or per liter.

At the call-off order, you enter the actual measured percentages at both purchase and sale. At the invoice level, the price is calculated automatically and can be adjusted manually. Moreover, for such deliveries, the sales invoice adds the desired additional information. This module optimizes the process and reduces the risk of errors.

Do you have your own warehouse or production facility? With this module, warehouse or production employees can easily manage inputs and outputs, including inventory management. Using the screen, they can make selections when receiving or shipping goods. The selections made come from Moo, entered by logistics staff. Data such as weight, packaging, condition of goods and more can be entered.

Users can also print receipts and pre-finalize the entries or results. They are then transferred to logistics colleagues for final processing and billing. Please note that a surcharge may apply for weighbridge links.

The pre-calculation module allows you to calculate in advance the result of a sales contract. With just a few input fields, you can see the expected result and margin.
All possible costs are included in the calculation, such as commission, transportation, warehousing, import duties, insurance, interest, and more. The calculation data can be used by management to approve contracts.

As an alternative to pre-calculation, traders can use the "reference price" input field, especially when costs can be accurately estimated in advance.

We use Tungsten AP Essentials for invoice scanning and recognition. It is an advanced solution that applies OCR technology to process your invoices automatically and error-free in Moo. Tungsten AP Essentials automates the scanning, interpretation and archiving of invoice data, whether paper or electronic. The system extracts and validates invoice information according to predefined rules, and this data is transferred to Moo.
 
The benefits are numerous, including time savings, error reduction, faster processing and better financial visibility. This system makes your invoice processing more efficient and effective. Interesting for companies that process more than a thousand invoices per year.

This option is for production and warehouse employees who only need access to the "own stockpile/production hall" module. It allows employees to easily manage inputs and outputs, including inventory management.

Intrastat status is indicated for each order. All required reporting data is automatically exported from Moo and uploaded into the Intrastat system of relevant statistical authority. This time-saving module minimizes duplicate entries and errors in large-scale data processing.

Access to the Client Database of our software that stores client data and allows you to link to external software tools for reporting purposes.

We provide a copy of the client data database. This is similar to the Client Database in Moo, is updated in real time and is on a read-only basis.
