Prices and terms
How many licenses do you need?
One license is one concurrent user. Suppose you have 15 users, but you purchase 10 licenses. Then 10 users can work in our software at the same time. If user number 11 wants to log into Moo, then another user needs to log out.
Additional options that go per piece regardless of number of licenses:
- Factory login, price per year - you only need to select this option once
- Database copy, price per year - you only need to select this option once
Modules
Number of modules = number of licenses
Modules are calculated based on the number of licenses.
If you select a module, this number must be the same as the number of licenses you want to purchase. In other words, you cannot purchase 10 licenses and only purchase a module 3 times, because there are only 3 employees who need this module. If you select a module, then the number is always equal to the number of licenses.
Expert interview with sales
On our website, you can now request an expert meeting with one of our expert Moo ERP consultants. You have the choice of being called by the expert or scheduling an online meeting.
Prior to the interview, we ask you to fill out a questionnaire so that our expert can prepare thoroughly. During the interview, the expert will be ready to answer all your questions and demonstrate specific functionalities of our software.
Together with the expert, you can also discuss the proper configuration of the software so that it fits your business needs seamlessly.
The consultation is completely free of charge, and naturally, the expert consultation does not commit you to anything.
Quote/Quote
After selecting the number of licenses and the desired modules, you will see in the overview the prices per month and per year. The price quote does not include onboarding costs (project management, implementation and training). If you send your price request to Moo Software, we will send you a price quote including onboarding costs. You are not yet committed to anything.
After agreement quotation
After agreeing to the quote, we get to work for you. We go through a questionnaire with you and then within 1 business day we set up a Moo environment for you and help you get started.
Payment
The moment we set up the Moo environment for you, we will send you the invoice for the agreement.
Contract duration
The term of the agreement is always one calendar year from January 1. If starting on a date other than January 1, the first term is: from commissioning to January 1. Termination of the agreement can be done until the third quarter, before October 1. After October 1, the agreement is automatically renewed for one calendar year.
Purchasing additional licenses
In our software, only users with administrator authorization can add additional licenses. After addition, you will receive an invoice for the remaining contract period.
Cancel licenses
Users with administrator authorization can cancel Moo licenses. License cancellations must be made by October 1 of the calendar year.
Turning on additional modules
In our software, you can turn on additional modules at any time. The month you turn on the module is free. If you deactivate the module the same month, you pay nothing. At the beginning of the new calendar month you will receive an invoice from us for the remaining period of the year.
Turn off module
If you cancel a module in the same calendar month in which you turned it on, you pay nothing. If you cancel a module later, but before Oct. 1 of the year, the cancellation will take effect Jan. 1 of the following calendar year.

Cancel Moo account in full
Users with admin authorization can cancel the Moo Agreement in full. Full cancellation of your Moo Agreement must be done by October 1 of the calendar year. For cancellation and handling, please submit a cancellation request to our sales department: info@moosoftware.com.
Before your Moo account is terminated, we strongly encourage you to export your data to save it for future use.
A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the same person requesting the cancellation including the contract length and effective date of cancellation. Please note that your account may be deleted after the effective cancellation date.
Delete account
Users with administrator authorization can submit a request to delete your Moo account once your Moo subscription is no longer active. Once your account is deleted with all details, you will receive a confirmation from us.
