After you become a customer, we will contact you to go through a comprehensive questionnaire with you and your colleagues. Then, within a maximum of two business days, we set up a Moo environment for you.
For an optimal experience, we recommend that you first watch our short introductory video. This will familiarize you with the essential functions and features of our software in no time.

Within our software, the knowledge base provides detailed documentation, step-by-step manuals and frequently asked questions for immediate answers to all your questions. In addition, training videos are available, providing visual and practical guidance for a deeper understanding of the software functionalities.

Online training
Once your organization decides to start using our Moo software, we provide comprehensive online training for all employees. The level of training is determined at the beginning of the process, tailored to the size of your organization. During implementation and shortly thereafter, we offer online training.
In addition, we are available daily from 9 to 5 for phone or online support. Our extensive knowledge base is also available, with comprehensive explanations, manuals and instructional videos, to ensure a quick and efficient introduction to our software. We are here to make sure your team can use Moo software quickly and effectively, so you can get the most out of our solutions.
Onboarding and consulting
We are ready to support you throughout the process. The quote you received from us already describes the onboarding process for your company based on the consultation we had with you. After agreeing to the quote, we will contact you and discuss with you the onboarding plan so that we can help you achieve your key goals faster. The onboarding plan is put together based on several factors, including:
- Your industry and the type of goods you trade with.
- Your specific approach.
- The size and complexity of your organization.
- The modules you requested.
- The existing technology you currently have in use.
Our customized onboarding plan ensures a seamless transition to our software, focusing on your unique needs and goals. Together, we work toward your success.
Expert interview during or after Moo Software is commissioned
During Moo Software onboarding, you always have the option to request an interview or online meeting with a Moo ERP consultant. The expert meeting is included in the onboarding fee. We maintain a fair use policy, should your usage exceed this policy, we charge the following hourly rates:
- Technical consultancy: €150
- Project management: €150
- Trainings: €100
We always communicate these costs with you in advance.
