Order Management
Moo order management offers a comprehensive set of functionalities and is often referred to by our users as the heart of the company and the software. Through order management, users can efficiently manage various types of orders including call-off orders for partial quantities of contacts, direct orders and back-to-back orders.
Users can easily enter the origin, destination and quantity of orders. Provenance can refer to existing stock, stock location or purchasing contracts. Destination can range from customers to different stock locations or the company's own warehouse.
Meanwhile, the schedule is replenished in real time with the mutations entered. Purchase contracts and sales contracts are automatically written off or reserved. Inventories are updated economically. If required, transport orders can be generated automatically, including the possibility of creating a CMR. Various documents such as loading and unloading orders, instructions for the Bill of Lading, delivery confirmations and certificates (including health, quality, halal, kosher) are generated automatically.
All management reports are updated in real time, giving users instant access to up-to-date information. Once the movement of goods has taken place, the call-off can be finalized. In case of bulk trading, Moo Software still requests final weights.
Moo Order Management also offers additional functionalities, such as processing return lots, applying discounts for (partially) damaged lots, entering expected costs related to calls, and much more. These features can be enabled or disabled as needed.
