The project manager operates within a team composed of a lead developer, multiple developers and support engineers. Your project manager acts as your permanent point of contact.

Offer stage and plan of action
At the offer stage, discussions are held about configuration, implementation and training. On this basis, we draw up a detailed plan of action, which can be found in the quotation. Important elements that are established include:
Data conversion
Determination of what data should be transferred in advance, such as relationship data, master data, contracts and inventory.
Deliverables
Documents, such as contracts, invoices and transportation orders, generated by Moo.
Position list, fully compiled in consultation with you.
Project Phasing
1. Configuration phase: Here specific wishes and requirements are gone through in detail, and appropriate configurations are set up
2. Implementation phase: The project manager focuses on the precise needs and requirements of deliverables, which are then incorporated into the code by our developers.
3. Test Phase: Thorough testing before delivery, with the opportunity for you and your staff to functionally test the software after prior training.
4. Conversion & Go Live: A jointly determined Go Live date, depending on test results, with key milestones finally discussed a week before Go Live.
