That's what all our customers say at the beginning. As we go through the questionnaire from our Wizard with you, you will find that we have many specific details by default. In our experience, documents in particular need extra attention. We have standard documents to choose from, but you can also create your own.
Yes. Moo supports all weight units and packaging units.
Yes. We have extensive experience with silo stock and understand that the value of your stock is calculated differently than stock with lots or batches. We also have features to easily correct order sequencing, avoid miscalculations, and prevent silos from having negative inventory. Many more silo-specific functions are supported in Moo. As a company, do you choose Erp software with as many features as possible or do you opt for the solution that best fits your business processes? Many integrated systems started out as accounting software and from there evolved into ERP software. This software defines your business processes and forces your organization into a straitjacket. In the long run, this often causes problems
Because of the "separation" between Moo Software and the accounting software, a change, addition or correction to a mutation is quickly made. With a few mouse clicks, you are done. Reversing a mutation within an integrated system requires more actions.

No, we only offer Moo Software online.
Yes. Backups are constantly running. We mirror our environments. There are also separate daily and monthly backups.
You can export all your data from Moo Software. We will then permanently delete your data according to the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) within 3 months. More information about this can be found under Moo account cancellation and deletion on this page.
No. Upon receipt of your request, we will estimate onboarding costs, including project management, implementation and training costs. We will provide an estimate and add it to the quote. In some cases, we will contact you to discuss desired options before providing a final quote. Once you agree to the quote, we get to work bellowing for you!

Based on a personal interview and a comprehensive questionnaire, everything is discussed with you in detail. Such as the desired configuration, settings, data conversion, deliverables (documents) and position list. Then we start configuring your Moo environment. Then follows any data conversion and training of you and your staff to use Moo to its full potential.
Within a maximum of 2 business days, the Moo environment will be ready for you.

You can fill out our custom-made spreadsheet and we will upload it into Moo for you. This does require some work on your part. We can help you with this during implementation.
In terms of number of users, our clients have an average of 15 users. The smallest customer has 1 user, our largest around 60 users. Through our fair pricing, we make ERP software for physical commodity trading, accessible even to smaller companies. In financial terms, the turnover of most customers is relatively high, ranging from EUR 500,000 to EUR 5 billion.
No. The current version is constantly being improved and modified. We have customers who have been working with our software for more than 15 years and have never had to buy a new version or do a new implementation. The software grows and improves organically with weekly updates.

You will receive an invoice from us. You pay via bank transfer. We apply a payment term of 10 days. More information here.
No worries! We are here to help you make the right choice. You can do that via the contact form, by phone or even better: request an expert consultation request. You will receive a short questionnaire from us so that our Moo expert can prepare properly. During the interview, it will become clear where your needs lie and what the best composition of software will be for your company.
You'll find out as we go through the questions in our Wizard with you. You will get basic questions such as "what is your default currency" to advanced questions such as "do you want your trading position statement including or excluding scheduled orders". Your answers will be translated into a customized software solution for your business!
We can usually provide a good estimate based on your application and expert interview. The duration of onboarding can vary and depends on several factors. It starts with the size of your organization, how involved you want to be, and the available time of both you and your employees. A crucial factor that is often overlooked is the enthusiasm and commitment of your organization. The more enthusiasm there is, the smoother the implementation process generally goes. But in any case: we are here to support and guide you, regardless of the timeline the process takes.
As with many companies, it is difficult for us to find the right employees. We already had an office in India and there it is a lot easier to recruit good support staff. Our employees there have great skills and are fluent in English.
Upon request, we can see if a staff member is available to assist you in your own language. You will then be called back. We have staff members who speak English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Turkish.
