Direct Invoice Export to Exact Online with Moo Software<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Moo Software has been enhanced with a new feature: On-Demand Export via API. This allows you to export invoices directly to Exact Online – without the hassle of manually creating and uploading XML files.<\/p>

What’s new.<\/strong><\/p>

  • A new “Export via API” button in the user interface.<\/li>
  • Clear overview of invoices and associated data ready for export<\/li>
  • Flexible selection: choose which invoices you want to export<\/li>
  • After confirmation, the export process starts and the message appears, “Invoice export API is in progress.”<\/li><\/ul>

    Important:<\/strong>
    Invoices are linked to relationship data. Make sure all necessary relationships are included in the export so that your accounting system processes everything correctly.<\/p>

    Available export options:<\/strong><\/p>

    New:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Export via API – Export selected invoices directly to Exact Online via the API<\/li><\/ul>

      Existing:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Export selection – Export selected records as CSV or XML<\/li>
      • Export all sales invoices – Export all sales invoices that are ready to go<\/li>
      • Export all purchase invoices – Export all purchase invoices that are ready<\/li><\/ul>
