Last week I bought a new tablet: Wacom Intuos4.
It's been a while since the Intuos series has been updated, but the changes are substantial: the most visible is the centralization of controls on one side, which speeds up the access to the ExpressKey in order to control all with only one hand. Oled screens show the commands associated.
Obviously through the driver we can manage the ExpressKey for both right-handers and left-handers.
The Touch Ring replaces the two Touch Strips.
The botton on the TouchRing makes it switch throught 4 preset: for photoshop they are Zoom/Scroll, Rotate Canvas, Pen size and Switch Level, but they are customizable.
The zoom works with TabletDraw but not the Canvas Rotation neither Pen Size.
Strangely, if you setting an ExpressKey for "Reset Angle" ( - ) it don't works.
The surface texture are paper-like and very comfortable and the sensibility of the pen are double the Intuos3 one.
Inside the Pen Holder there are various replaceable tips: hard, medium and soft.
There's no software inside the box: you must downolad them from the Intuos4 website after the registration of the tablet.
